All Ellora Creates products are handmade to order in Warrington, UK. Please allow 3–7 working days for your order to be made and dispatched — it can often be sooner depending on demand.

Once dispatched, delivery times are typically:

• Standard UK delivery: 2–3 working days
• We currently ship within the UK only

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a dispatch notification when it's on its way. If you need your order urgently for a special occasion, please contact us before ordering at elloracreates@outlook.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Ellora Creates is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or courier services once an order has been dispatched.
