Can I personalise with any name or number?

Yes — you can personalise your item with almost any name or number, although 3 digit numbers will result in smaller text.
We only recommend keeping names within the character limits shown on each
product to ensure the best visual result.

What if you don’t have my team or shirt design?

If we don’t have your exact team, shirt style, or colour, feel free to contact us — we’re always happy to see what we can create for you.

Are the shirts printed or 3D?

Our shirts are 3D printed and hand-assembled, giving a unique raised, realistic look that stands out compared to flat prints.

Can I see a preview before my order is made?

At the moment, we don’t offer a live preview of your exact design.
However, before adding to cart, you’ll be able to review all your personalisation details to make sure everything is correct. 

What happens if I make a spelling mistake?

If something looks like an obvious error, we’ll contact you to double-check before
making your order.
However, we can’t guarantee catching all mistakes, so please make sure you carefully check your personalisation before purchasing. 

How long does it take to make my order?

All items are handmade to order.
Please allow 3–7 working days for production, depending on demand and
the level of customisation required.
We often dispatch sooner where possible.

When does production start?

Production begins once your payment has been successfully processed.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the UK.
We’re working on offering international shipping in the future.

Can I get my order faster if I need it urgently?

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we don’t currently offer express
production.
However, if you’re on a tight deadline, feel free to contact us and we’ll do
our best to help where possible.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Can I return or get a refund on personalised items?

As all items are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns unless the item
is faulty
