RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
All of our products at Ellora Creates are personalised and made to order, which means each item is created especially for you. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items UNLESS they arrive faulty or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or with an error on our part (incorrect personalisation, manufacturing fault), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at elloracreates@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
If you have made an error with your personalisation details at the time of ordering, we are unable to offer a refund but will do our best to help where possible — please contact us as soon as possible and we will see what we can do.
Non-personalised items (such as plain bags) may be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused, original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
